Details:The soup base is the soul of a hot pot. It can get very complicated if made from scratch, since it requires a handful of spices and special ingredients specific to different regions of China. It’s highly recommended to go with ready-to-use hot pot broth and there are many variations available to fit your preferred flavor profile.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Add 4 cups of water (about 1L);
2. When the water boils, mix in the tomato soup base (200g); 
3. Add your favorite sliced meat or vegetables till it’s cooked; 
4. Enjoy the sweet and sour freshness~

Personal suggestion: add tomato slices into the soup to add extra freshness, it couldn’t be easier to make.
