Preparation: 

1. 1 pkg Sichuan Spicy Boiled Fish Soup Base
2. Fish fillets 35oz (about 1kg)
3. Vegetables (enoki mushrooms and bean sprouts) 10oz (about 300g)

Cooking Instructions: 

1. Add marinade powder and half pack of the soup base into fish fillets and marinate for 10 mins; 
2. Pour 3 cups of water (about 750mL) into the pot and add the rest of the Sauce; 
3. Bring water to boil; add the marinated fish and vegetables; poach for 3 more minutes before serving; 
4. Sprinkle Spices Packet and ready to serve!
5. Suggestion: splash 1/2 cup of hot oil (about 100g) on top of the spices for better taste and aroma!
