Details: Sweet potato glass noodles in a nutty white sesame sauce, with a spicy Sichuan-style sauce packet you can add all of, half of, or none of. The noodles stay slippery and springy instead of going soft, and the vegetable pack — bok choy, carrot, bean curd skin, sesame — gives you real texture in every bite. Boiling water and five minutes is the whole recipe.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Open every packet except the sesame sauce and empty them into the cup;
2. Add boiling water up to the fill line;
3. Close the lid and rest the sesame sauce packet on top to warm it. Wait 5 minutes;
4. Open the sesame sauce, pour it in, stir well, and enjoy. Add the spicy sauce to taste.

Nice Additions: A soft-boiled egg, sliced luncheon meat, blanched greens, or a spoonful of black vinegar.
