Cooking Instructions:

1. Blanch tofu in salted (1tsp) boiling water for 1 min, then drain and set aside;
2. Heat the pan up and add 30g of cooking oil, turn to medium heat.
3. Add ground meat (pork for authentic flavor) and stir-fry for 30 seconds;
4. Pour in the sauce package (80g) and mix, add tofu and 60g water;
5. Stir and simmer for 3 mins, and enjoy!
