Preparation Instructions:
- Bring about 1000ml of water (4 cups) to a boil;
- Whisk in the powder packet until fully dissolved, then add the red dates and goji berries;
- Simmer 5 minutes, then add your ingredients and cook through. Use less water for a thicker, richer broth.
Great With: Chicken, shrimp, fish fillet, corn, pumpkin, yam, napa cabbage, tofu, enoki mushrooms, and rice noodles.
