Due to the nature of our products (food items), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have a quality concern, please contact us at yihaius@yihchina.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
