Preparation

  1. 1 pkg of Sichuan Fish Soup Base With Pickled Mustard Greens 360g
  2. Fish Fillets 1.5kg

Cooking Instructions

  1. Marinade the fish fillets with the content of marinade packet and 1 tbsp of rice wine for 10 mins; 
  2. Add seasoning and pickled mustard green packet and 4 cups of water (about 1L) into the pot, bring it to boil; 
  3. Add the marinated fillets gently into the pot and boil for 2-4 mins; add pickled chili to your desire amount and enjoy!
