Sukiyaki is a Japanese hot pot where thin-sliced beef and vegetables cook in a soy-based broth balanced with a touch of sweetness. Rich, glossy, and completely mild — a hot pot the whole family can share. Each box holds two individually sealed packets, so you can cook one pot now and one later.

How to Use

1. Add beef rolls, baby cabbage, konjac knots, and your other favorite ingredients to the pot.
2. Mix one packet of soup base with about 2 cups (500 mL) of water and pour it into the pot.
3. Bring to a boil and it's ready to enjoy.

Great With

Thin-sliced beef, napa cabbage, tofu, shiitake and enoki mushrooms, green onion, udon noodles, konjac knots

Serving tip: Dip cooked beef in a beaten raw egg — the traditional Japanese way.

Also use it for: gyudon (beef rice bowls), udon noodle soup, or oden.
