Details: Paper-thin sheets of dried bean curd (tofu skin), pressed to about 1mm and made from nothing but soybeans, water, and salt — no bleaching agents added. They rehydrate in minutes and turn silky and springy the moment they hit hot broth, soaking up flavor far faster than thicker tofu products.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Soak in warm water for 10–15 minutes, until soft and pliable;
2. Rinse and drain, then cut into strips or squares if you like;
3. Swish in hot pot broth for 30–60 seconds and eat right away — or add to stir-fries, noodle soups, and cold dressed salads.

Great With: Any HAIDILAO hot pot soup base, mala tang, spicy dry pot, or a garlic-and-chili cold dressing.
